1. Service Description
   Botwerk ("we," "us," or "our") provides automated email processing and response services ("Service") through botwerk.com. Our Service automatically processes inbound emails and generates replies or drafts on behalf of users ("you" or "Client").
2. Service Activation
   The Service is not self-service and requires direct interaction with Botwerk for customization, configuration, and activation. Service activation occurs only after:
   • Initial consultation and configuration discussion
   • Written agreement on service parameters
   • Payment of applicable fees
   • Technical setup and testing completion
3. User Responsibilities
   You agree to:
   • Provide accurate information during setup and configuration
   • Maintain secure access to your email systems
   • Promptly notify us of any required changes or issues
   • Review automated responses and drafts as appropriate for your use case
   • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
   • Not use the Service for spam, illegal activities, or harmful content
4. Service Limitations
   • Service availability is subject to technical limitations and maintenance windows
   • Response accuracy depends on the quality of configuration and training data provided
   • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or perfect response generation
   • Service modifications require consultation and may incur additional fees
5. Privacy and Data
   • We process email data solely to provide the Service
   • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
   • We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service
   • You retain ownership of your email content and data
6. Payment Terms
   • Fees are determined during consultation and confirmed before service activation
   • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
   • Services may be suspended for non-payment after reasonable notice
7. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
   • OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING MONTH
   • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES
   • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE
8. Termination
   Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
9. Modifications
   We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by Swiss/Zurich law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement
